Hello. You are looking at Northline Code.
Websites built by hand, in real code.
Northline Code builds landing pages and business websites for small businesses, one at a time.
The files are yours when it ships. The third tab above the sample shows what this page itself costs to load, measured in your own browser.

One person builds your site and answers your email. The same person.
These numbers need JavaScript. The rest of the page does not.
…
Requests made to load this page, the sample included.
… bytes
Bytes that crossed the network on this visit.
… seconds
From the first byte to fully loaded, on this visit.
Your browser does not report transfer sizes, so this panel will not guess them.
Every file this visit loaded, in the order it arrived:
Counted from this browser's own performance records: this page, its fonts and files, and everything the sample page loads. Open your browser's network tab and compare.
A sample build, made to be tested. It carries the same parts a real site carries: a logo, a photo, a menu, prices and a button. Try the phone tab and watch it fit a small screen.
The same sample, fitted to a phone screen, exactly as it would land in a customer's hand. Nothing is cropped; the page rearranges itself.
These numbers are not a claim. They are this page's own load, counted in your browser on this visit, the sample included.
No templates. No page builders. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts.
Builds
Finished work you can open and test right now. Nothing here is a picture of a site.
New work is added only when a build ships. Samples stay named as samples for as long as they stay up.
How a project runs
Four steps, start to finish. The whole thing runs over email.
One email
You send one email describing your business. That is the whole brief.
The plan
You get a one-page plan and a fixed price in writing, before any work starts and before you pay anything.
The real page
You see the real page in your browser, not a picture of a page, and your changes are made on the thing itself.
Go live
Changes are made, then it goes live. The finished site is handed over to you, files included.
Straight answers
The questions every buyer asks, answered the way they are handled.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every page is built phone first and checked on a real phone before it goes live. The sample in the frame at the top is the same work, doing it in front of you.
How long does a page take?
Two working days after your first email, you have a one-page plan with a fixed price and a delivery date in writing. Your date is the one in your plan, agreed before any work starts and before you pay anything.
What if I want something changed?
Email the same address. Small fixes are part of the job. Anything bigger gets its own fixed price in writing before it is touched, the same rule as the build itself.
Who am I dealing with?
One person. The person who builds your site is the person who answers your email.
Cost, in plain words
Three kinds of job. The figure for yours is set in writing after the plan, before any work starts. There is no hourly billing.
To get your figure, start with one email.
